Requirements
Email App must be enabled in order to use Android ActiveSync. Once this has been done, Microsoft Exchange and Corporate Sync will be available as account types.
Setup
Go to Settings on your Android device and set up a ‘Microsoft Exchange’ or ‘Corporate Sync’ account. Enter your access data in the fields available:
- Domain / User name: Your email address
- Server: connect.flow.ch
Synchronizing Your Tasks
You will need to install an additional app if you wish to sync tasks on your Android device. We recommend using Tasks & Notes, which you can download from the Google Play store.
- User name: Your email address
- Type: Exchange ActiveSync
- Server: connect.flow.ch
- Use SSL: enable
- Port: 443
Notice
You can specify the time period for which you would like to sync past e-mails in the settings of the new Exchange account. Select 1 month or less as the maximum value.
