Crossed out E-Mail Messages
The connection of an OpenXchange E-Mail Account via IMAP Protocol with another Mail Client (Apple Mail, Microsoft Outlook) results the following phenomenon after deleting E-Mails in OX respectively after moving them into the paper bin:
"Deleted messages will not disappear completely, but will be displayed crossed out".
Solution:
Only after closing the E-Mail Program, the deleted messages will disappear definitively.
